The e-DBRC system is an electronic daily behavior report card that allows teachers and schools to progress monitor prosocial behavior, communicate with parents, implement interventions and make data based decisions. Using an A-B-C-D-F grading system (modified for early childhood settings to red, yellow, green/happy, neutral, sad faces) the e-DBRC is an effective efficient method of data collection and reporting on behavior.

Daily Behavior Report Card Snapshot 1e-DBRC can be used in two ways:
  1. e-DBRC for Progress Monitoring of behavior such as for students with Individual Education Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans or 504 Accommodation plans.
    • Behaviors can be teacher generated or selected from our convenient list and once selected they are monitored in teacher specified intervals.

  2. e-DBRC for Response to Intervention or Campus Wide monitoring of pro-social behaviors.
    • Teachers nominate and screen students for pro-social behaviors or at-risk status
    • Students participate in “check-in check-out” intervention and receive daily feedback on their behavior and goals, and access reinforcers.
    • Non-responders participate in social skills training.
    • Students who are consistently unsuccessful in making progress on pro-social behaviors after intervention would be considered good candidates for function based assessment of problem behavior.
